Summit CURL and WAVE Neutralizer - GALLON
Especially formulated to be used with Summit Curl Gel Perm.
Directions: After desired curl has been achieved with Summit Gel Perm. Rinse hair thoroughly while still on rods. Towel blot rolled hair. Saturate each curl with Summit Curl and Wave Neutralizer. Leave neutralizer on rolled hair for five minutes. Unroll hair completely and apply additinal neatralizer until hair is thoroughly saturated. Work through to ends and leave on an additional three minutes. Rinse throughly with cool water. towel dry, style and shape as desired.
