| Wave Nouveau Coiffure SHAPE RELEASE- Phase 1 - 14.1oz jar Conditioning cold wave Notice: For use in accordance with the wave nouveau coiffure body perm system instructions. For professional use only. Not for retail sale. INSTRUCTIONS: 1A. Perform a preliminary strand test. If hair breaks or discolors, do not straighten. 1B. Shampoo hair if necessary with gentle cleansing shampoo. Rinse and towel dry to remove excess moisture. 2. Apply WAVE NOUVEAU coiffure. Phase 1 SHAPE RELEASE to entire hair shaft 1/4 inch from scalp within 5-10 minutes. Apply ONLY TO NEW GROWTH if giving a retouch. Immediately after completing applications, check for desired amount of straightness. 3. WAVE NOUVEAU coiffure Normal/Medium strength SHAPE RELEASE is designed for NORMAL/MEDIUM HAIR ONLY. Do not leave on the hair longer than 15 minutes (this includes application time). Be sure to continue to check for straightness every 2-3 minutes after applications has been copmleted. DO NOT USE A HAIR DRYER. 4. When hair has achieved desired straightness, rinse SHAPE RELEASE thoroughly from hair with tepid water, makin gcertain to remove ALL traces. 5. Apply WAVE NOUVEAU coiffure PHase 2 SHAPE TRANSFORMER and follow instructions carefully INGREDIENTS: AQUA/WATER, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, AMMONIUM THIOGLYCOLATE, PARAFFINUM LIQUIDUM/MINERAL OIL, GLYCERIN, CETEARETH-20, AMMONIUM HYDROXIDE, PEG-75 LANOLIN, PARFUM/FRAGRANCE, BEHENTRIMONIUM METHOSULFATE, LAURDIMONIUM HYDROXYPROPYL HYDROLYZED WHEAT PROTEIN, PENTASODIUM PENTETATE. PRECAUTION FOR USE: Follow instructions carefully. Use only as directed, examines scalp carefully for abrasions or irritation. If present, do not use this product. Do not use on hair that is breaking, splitting or otherwise damaged. For hair that has been permanently colored and show no sign of damage, use only the fine/color treated strength. Do not apply over henna compunds or metallic dyes. Do not straighten hair that has been bleached, double-processes, highlighted or previously straightened using a lye or a no-lye relaxer. Do not apply if the client has ever experience an allergic reaction to a perm solution or allergic reaction to a perm solution of cosmetic product. Do not apply shape release and permanent color on the same day. Allow at least 2 weeks before or after a permanent wave service before Coloring to avoid breakage, discoloration or product performance issues. Do not brush, rub scalp or shampoo vigorously before straightening. Perform a preliminary strand test. If hair breaks or discolors, Do not straighten. wear protective gloves when using this product. CAUTION: Avoid contact with eyes , skin scalp or clothing. If contact occurs rinse immediately with luckewarm water. If irritation persists, get medical attention. Do not inhale or ingest. prepare and use in a well-ventilated area. If affected by inhalation, move to fresh air. If affected by Inhalation, move to fresh air. If symptoms persist, get medical attention. if swallowed, call a physican, hospital emergency room or poison control center immediately. induce vomiting only if recommended by medical personnel. Get prompt medical attention. Keep hair away from flame, fire, sparks or lit tobacco products. For external use only.
