How Mousse Works?
Refresh Color Anytime. Works best After Relazing. Hair Porosity is most accepting of semi-permanent color after rinsing relaxer crème and during hair neutralization. 2in1NeutraColor is patent pending Neutralizing Shampoo Color Technology that both Neutralizes & Colors Hair All In One Step!
When To Use: Immediately after rinsing all traces of relaxer from hair with warm water. (Can also be used ANYTIME you shampoo)

1. Shake Well, Wear Gloves
2. Foam-In, Saturate Hair & Edges
3. Smooth-On, Leave-On 5 Minutes (1st Application)
4. Gently Rinse, Repeat All Steps (Leave-on 15 to 20 More Minutes & Rinse)
The Longer Left On On hair, The More Intense Color Highlights.
