In 1927, Perlop Cosmetics was one of the first companies, if not the first, to produce a high quality all natural Concha Nácar face cream, which addressed many of the skin conditions occurring within the Latino community. Some people in the community wanted a product, which dealt with sun spots, blemishes and scars; while others wanted to lighten their complexion. Perlop Cosmetics was ready and eager to accept the challenges presented by the varied complexion problems. Its response was to manufacture and market products that were efficacious -- that helped people solve their skin problems.
