ACTIVE INGREDIENT - 3% HYDROQUINONE MADE IN U.S.A. Othine Skin Bleach is one of the very few Skin Lighteners with an active 3% Hydroquinone strength that you can buy without a prescription. It is applied to the skin to lighten areas that have darkened (hyperpigmented) or discolored and is particularly effective in lightening age spots, freckles, liver spots and dark areas that can occur while using oral contraceptives. Hydroquinone will work best if you avoid excessive exposure to the sunlight and wear sunscreen and protective clothing. Skin color improvement is usually seen within one week of application. This product really works. Use: Gradually fades skin discolorations suc as age spots, freckles, liver spots, dark areas that can occur while using oral contraceptives. Directions: If skin is sensitive, test on a small area inside the elbow overnight before use. If going outside, use a sunscreen or wear protective clothing. Adults and chidren 12 years and older, apply as a thin layer to affected areas twice daily, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years of age, ask a doctor before use.
