Othine Skin Bleach is one of the very few Skin Lighteners with an active 3% Hydroquinone strength that you can buy without a prescription.

It is applied to the skin to lighten areas that have darkened (hyperpigmented) or discolored and is particularly effective in lightening age spots, freckles, liver spots and dark areas that can occur while using oral contraceptives.
