TBS was originally a 'real' store near Kiest and Lancaster in South Dallas, Texas. In 1993, the new location and great customers provided an opportunity to expand. We launched our first ever online store in Jan 1st 2000.
We are an authorized reseller of personal haircare and skincare products. Our online beauty store sells well known and hard to find beauty products. This retail website has been online for about 10 years.
Our expertise is in ethnic brands, but, our customer base is very diverse. We buy directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. All items are store in warehouse.(see above pic)
We have discount and competitive prices, and ship directly from our warehouse.(not dropship or retail shelf)

I was stationed in Iraq and most shipments took about 2 - 2 adn a half weeks to het there. Shipments from the texas place was s little over a week., the price was great and they made sure the sealed the bottles so they wont spill. I love it. Even though I can go to teh store now and buy something at a local beauty store, i will still use the online texas place.

I only felt that the pricing was high because I'd found the items cheaper on other sites and the shipping was a bit high as well, I order items online frequently since I have been living and working in Germany providing services to US Soldiers and their families. Usually the S&H isn't that bad.

The site is above average. The one thing I do not like is they do not tell you up front that the item is out of stock. In my case, this was a birthday present and the fact that I was not aware of an item being out of stock caused the gift to be delivered late. They need to tell customers up front of out of stock items instead of informing them days later by e-mail.
The overall service was excellent, and not only will I continue to shop at Texas Beauty Supply but I will also recommend them anyone else. I also love that they not only deliver to Iraq, but they are also very fast.
