A typical Shopping Trip:
Searching and selecting an item to buy
The easiest way to find a specific item is to click on the Search button and type in a product name or word to describe the item.
Category buttons are listed on the left side. Click on the button to list all the items in that category.
To see more information on an item, you can click on the picture or the item's description link.
To see a closeup picture of an item, click on the picture at an item's webpage.
Add an item to your shopping cart, but clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button for a specific item.
Checking out of the Store
When you are done shopping in this store, you would click on the 'Show Order' button to display your order.
Clicking on the 'Checkout' button will start the process of purchasing your items.
Step 1. Review your order and check that all the quantities are correct.
Step 2. Type in your shipping address. Verify that the address is correct.
Step 3. Choose your preferred shipping option.
If we are shipping it to your business, then choose UPS Ground Commercial.
If it is a residential (house / apartment), then choose UPS Ground Residential.
If you are overseas in the Military, then choose USPS to APO/FPO (Military Only).
Verify that you have typed in the information correctly, and then click on 'Continue' to go to 'Payment' page.
Step 4. Review your order. Your shipping charge and Sales Tax (if any) will be displayed with your order. The shipping charge is estimated.
The 'Total' is the number that you are authorizing us to charge your credit card.
Note: We will not charge your credit card until we have actually shipped your package.
Step 5. Choose your payment method. Select Visa, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Paypal, or Check / Money Order, and type in your information. On this web page, you can notice that your browser is encrypting all communication so your transaction is secure.
Step 6. Enter your billing address.
If the mailing address that you received your credit card bills is different that your shipping address, then, you must enter the correct billing address. A part of the credit card verification uses this information to help insure that no one is falsely using your credit card.
Step 7. Enter your email address.
Please verify that you have typed in your correct email address. We will use this email address to notify you of the shipping tracking number for your package, and if we have any questions.
Select the opinon checkmark, so that you can rate our service. Yahoo Store will keep track of your responses and will display a color grid so that we know how well we do our job.
Step 8. If you have any shipping comments or other information that you wish to send us with the order, please fill in the 'Comments' section. We will send you a response if you request one.
Click on 'Send This Order'.
You should then see an Order Confirmation webpage with your order information, shipping/billing address, and any addtional information.
Yahoo Store will automatically notify us of your Sales order. An email message with the sales order will be sent to your email address. Included in the email, is a webpage link so that you can see the status of your order.
Note: No sensitive information is sent via Email.
Order processing at Texas Beauty Supply Store.com
The YStore/Banking software (with AVS) will verify your credit card using ccard#, expiration, and billing address. If matched, then order is shipped.
Otherwise, email (or phone call) to buyer asking for more information.
Store puts specified items into shipping box.
Store will charge the credit card when the box is given to UPS for shipping, or given to the USPS Post Office for APO/FPO Addresses.
Store will enter the UPS Tracking Number of the box into an Email that is sent to you. (note: It may take 24hrs for tracking number to be viewable on internet)
In the email is a link to the tracking number, so that you can track your package progress.
For continental US customers, packages are usually delivered in 2 to 5 business days.
