Color Club Loosen Up Cuticle Softener and Remover - 0.5oz #15019

Gently softens, loosens and removes dead tissue from cuticles surrounding nails and toes, leaving them clean, soft and pliable.

Directions: After soaking fingers or toes in warm water for 5 minutes, pat nails dry, and apply one drop to each nail. Wait 30 seconds, then gently push back cuticles with a cotton-wrapped cuticle stick or cuticle pusher. Thoroughly wash off excess, and pat dry. For best results, apply Cuticle Caress cuticle oil to each nail and massage gently.

Important: remove excess oil before appling any treatment or color.
