Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Keep out of eyes, nose, and mouth. If relaxer gets into eyes rinse immediately and consult a physician. If relaxer is accidentally swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
WARNING: This product contains sodium hydroxide. Follow directions thoroughly to avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss, and eye injury. If relaxer gets into eyes, rinse immediately and consult a physician. Do not use if scalp is irritated or injured. Do not use on bleached hair or hair previously treated with ammonium thioglycolate (curly perm). On flinted hair (less than 20V) that shows no signs of damage, use Mild formula only.
Directions: For virgin hair application, apply relaxer to entire hair shaft. For retouch, continue application to new growth only.
Application: Wear gloves when using. Protect hairline area/sensitive skin are with Elasta QP Super Gro before application. Part hair into four equal sections. DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO SCALP. Apply QP relaxer 1/8 inch from scalp. Begin with most resistant area.
